⦿ Place: Hatirjheel, Dhaka and all over the word from 3rd January to 15th January 2025.

⦿ Live Race Start Point: In front of the Hatirjheel Amphitheater

⦿ Race Start: 6:30 AM

⦿ Reporting Time: 6:00 AM

⦿ Slot: Live-1000 and Virtual-500

⦿ Cut Off Time: 80 Minutes

⦿ Prize Money Breakdown For Live Event

1st Place: BDT 3,000

2nd Place: BDT 2,000

3rd Place: BDT 1,500

⦿ Live Event Registration Fee: 499Tk + Platform & Payment Gateway Fee

⦿ Virtual Event Registration Fee: 399Tk + Platform & Payment Gateway Fee. Please note that there will also be a courier charge for medal delivery, billed at actual cost.

⦿ NO JERSEY, NO FOOD

⦿ We welcome all community jerseys! Feel free to wear yours during the event.

⦿ Runners will get:

China Medal (80mm*70mm) | Chip Timing | E-Certificate | Hydration (Saline & Glucose) | Medical Support | Bag Drop Facility | Washroom Facility.

⦿ KIT DISTRIBUTION: KIT will be distributed in front of the Hatirjheel Amphitheater on January 2, 2025, from 11 AM to 11 PM.

Note: You can conveniently collect your KIT by paying a courier charge of TK 60 within Dhaka and TK 120 for locations outside Dhaka.

⦿ Disqualified (DQ) Policy: Engaging in bad behavior, such as cheating or unsportsmanlike conduct and posting unwanted or inappropriate comments about the race on social media, will result in disqualification.

নোটঃ

১: Sports Bangla Men’s 7.5K Run 2025 দেশ-বিদেশের সকল রানারদের জন্য। যেখানে আপনি নিজের কমিউনিটি জার্সি পরিধান করে দৌড়াতে পারবেন। 

২: এই ইভেন্টে কোন খাবার এবং পুরস্কার বিতরণী অনুষ্ঠান থাকবে না। যার ফলে আপনি রান শেষ করার সাথে সাথে ফিনিস লাইনে মেডেল পেয়ে যাবেন এবং I am Finisher ব্যানারের সামনে ছবি তোলে বাসায় চলে যেতে পারবেন।

৩: শুধুমাত্র নির্দিষ্ট (৮০ মিনিট) কাট অফ টাইমের মধ্যে দৌড় সম্পন্ন করা রানারদের মেডেল প্রদান করা হবে।

৪: লাইভ ইভেন্টে রেজিষ্ট্রেশন করা রানারদের ভার্চুয়াল দৌড়ের কোন সুযোগ দেওয়া হবে না । 

৫: সকল রানারদের নিজের রেজিষ্ট্রেশনকৃত বিব নিয়ে দৌড়াতে হবে এবং সার্টিফিকেটে নাম পরিবর্তন করে দেওয়া হবে না।  

৬: রেজিষ্ট্রেশনকৃত পেমেন্ট অফেরতযোগ্য। 

৭: কিট কুরিয়ারের বিল পরিশোধ করে নেওয়া যাবে।। সেজন্য সঠিক ঠিকানা এবং মোবাইল নম্বর দিয়ে রেজিষ্ট্রেশন করতে হবে।

৮: প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগপূর্ণ আবহাওয়া অথবা যেকোনো কারণে ইভেন্টের তারিখ এবং এ সংক্রান্ত যে কোন সিদ্ধান্ত পরিবর্তন করতে পারবে। সেক্ষেত্রে রেজিষ্ট্রেশনকৃত অর্থ ফরত চাওয়া যাবে না। 

 ৯: আয়োজক রানারদের ব্যক্তিগত ছবি সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে প্রকাশ করে না, সেজন্য নিজ দায়িত্বে ছবি তুলে নিতে হবে। 

১০: ইভেন্টের বিষয়ে কোন অভিযোগ, জিজ্ঞেসা অথবা মতামত থাকলে সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে কমেন্ট এবং পোস্ট না করে WhatsApp, Messenger অথবা Mobile Number এ যোগাযোগ করলে দ্রুত রেসপন্স পাওয়া যাবে। 

১১: শারীরিক কোন অসুস্থতা থাকলে ইভেন্টে অংশগ্রহণ করতে নিরুৎসাহিত করা যাচ্ছে এক্ষেত্রে রেসে কোন প্রকার অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত ক্ষতি বা অসুস্থতা হলে ইভেন্ট কর্তৃপক্ষ দায়ী নয়।

১২: উপরে উল্লেখিত ডিসক্লোজারের যে কোন একটি বিষয় পছন্দ না হলে রেজিষ্ট্রেশন করতে নিরুৎসাহিত করা হচ্ছে
